Studio G Dress Code
Following the dress code is a vital part of your student's dance education. Learning to follow rules and dress appropriately prepares dancers for class and performances.
The dress code creates a focused and productive learning environment.
Crop tops are not permitted at the studio. Students must have their stomachs covered at all times, both during class and at any studio events.
For students enrolled in
Ballet Levels 1 - 7
(not ballet/tap combo classes), hair must be neatly secured in a bun.
In all other dance classes and acro arts, hair should be neatly pulled away from the face. This can be achieved with a bun, ponytail, or any other style that keeps the hair out of the dancer's eyes and doesn't impede their movements.
Please do not wear jewelry.
Shoe Labeling
All dance shoes must be clearly labeled with the student's name. This simple step helps prevent mix-ups and ensures that lost shoes can be easily returned to their owners.
Lost and Found
The studio encourages students and parents to regularly check the lost and found throughout the dance season. This is a good habit to get into as it can help recover misplaced items.
