Class Payments

Annual Family Registration Fee: $40 

Annual class payments are based on weekly dance class hours.  

The dance season is held in August to May.

Annual Class Fee: Divided into 9 monthly installments.

Monthly Payments remain constant, regardless of classes taken in a given month.

Monthly Payments follow dance weeks, not calendar months.

New Clients: Monthly Payment #1 and Registration Fee are due at enrollment..

Returning Clients: Registration Fee drafted May 1 &  Monthly Payment #1 drafted May 15.

Monthly Payments #2-9 Due: September through April on the 1st or 15th of each month (chosen by parent).

Sibling Discount: 15% off monthly payments (excluding Acrobatic Arts).

Late Fee: $15 for payments more than 5 days late.

Credit Card Processing Fees: May apply to refunds.

Discounts are not applicable to acrobatic arts classes. 

 Students are encouraged to make up a missed class. Make up classes must be completed within the same month as the missed class.

While make up classes are available, it is highly recommended that students attend their regularly scheduled classes, especially during the months of January through May when recital choreography is being taught. Regular attendance is crucial for students to feel comfortable performing their dance stage. 

Please notify the front office team of your intention to make up a class prior to the scheduled class time.

Payment is processed at the time of registration. and is non-refundable.

There is not a registration fee for summer classes and camps.

Discounts are not applicable to summer classes and camps.

Payment is processed on the day of the master class or private lesson.  

Recurring monthly private lessons are processed with the monthly class payment. 

We typically follow Alvin ISD calendar for holiday closures EXCEPT for the Fall Break, Martin Luther King Day and President's Day.  There are no make-up classes for holiday closures, these classes are built into the class calendar. Classes canceled due to weather related events, or other events beyond our control, will be subject to a make-up class and there will be no prorating of tuition.
